| Ok i haven't posted in a couple of days because i was debating on what direction i should go with this thing, if i should just say what is goin on in my life or ask another question that will make everyone think about where they are in their faith and how they approach their faith, and since no one is really answering my questions i am goin to keep asking them because i think that if you visit my site and atleast read my posts that even if you dont comment you still think about what i said so are you ready for the new question............ this one is great............. can you feel the excitment building............. i can........... north carolina is ranked now.................. what??????? o wait thats not the question alright we all have OUR OWN testimony right... well we all look at OUR faith as god came into OUR lives and totally changed OUR testimony but have you ever thought of it this way.... WE are a part of GODS testimony.... when we accepted christ into Our LIVES we became a part of HIS TESTIMONY does that make sense, i mean it almost makes us seem selfish in a way because we only looked at it as god entering OUR lives not us becoming a part of his Story does that make sense? so please think about that it is kindof cool, and also since we are a part of HIS STORY and if we lead people to christ then we are bringing OTHER PEOPLE into the GREATEST story to ever exist, the GREATEST TESTIMONY to ever exist, the longest MOST POWERFUL life to ever live, how stinkin amazing is that man i seriously get chills thinkin about that i cant wait to enter the kingdom of heaven, because i know that we i am heading up to heaven God the creator of the universe will stand up out of his throne open his arms up wide almost like he is making a cross with his body , and if i continue to live out the calling god has placed on my life then when he stands up and puts his arms out to his side he is going to keep saying over and over WELL DONE MY CHILD, WELL DONE, WELCOME HOME, WELL DONE...... have any of you ever thought about that you know of course our blessings or our rewards will be waiting on us when we get into heaven but think about that picture i just painted for you, god saying that to you while tears go down his face because he is so happy that we finally came home, i mean seriously if that doesnt give you hope then you need to evaluate your relationship with god, think that if we try our best to live for him even though we aren't or cant be perfect for him we can still make the all mighty, all powerful, creator of the entire world, the only person who can take away and destroy absolutely everything, he will be crying just because you are going home to him.. well thats all man im sorry i got goin there

| So the question was what does it mean to have your own faith? People go to church every week and hear something new either to help them grow in their faith or to help them better understand their faith, so what makes what the pastor or youth pastor say's right? just because they use bible verses to relate their points to what they are tryin to say, doesnt mean it is going to relate or be effective in your faith! The sermons that they preach to us is their own take on what the bible is saying to them which they think will relate to us, but since it is their take on the bible you dont always have to agree or think it is right, sometimes we need to question why things are the way they are when it comes to our faith, God didnt make us like robots he gave us freedom of choice, just because we believe in him and what the bible says doesnt mean we cant question what it means, we have been taught things all our lives about faith and god and the rules of being a christian, but have any of you ever wondered why something is the way it is? Questions are not bad when it comes to faith because when you ask the hard questions it leads to truth, which turns into a whole new set of questions and deeper truth thus leading us into the deepest level of understand and levels of faith the we could possibly imagine while down here on earth surrounded by sin... So the Main question last time was what makes your faith your own? so if you came up with a answer then it leads to this question... what makes your answer about you faith true? And is it different from what you have been spoon fed all your life in church? please comment i really think this is good stuff peace

| hey some of the people didnt understand my last post but that is cool, just keep reading and it will make more sence i will get more into detail about it in later posts, i have a new question for the people out there who think that they are "christians" and have a faith of "their own". Are you ready... ok you hear all the time that your faith should be your own not your parents faith... so the question is what does it mean to have a faith of your own? hit me up it will make for some great conversations, B/c faith comes in many different forms i want everyone to comment even if you dont believe in faith or god | | |
